For selected Properties MRA takes care of all Routine Repairs and Maintenance costs and pays the rent weekly in advance to our landlords for 52 weeks a year.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE #2
For selected properties MRA provides a standard service with the landlord taking care of all Routine Repairs and Maintenance and rent being paid on receipt, in arrears.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE #3
For selected properties MRA undertake to pay the Landlord a fixed percentage of the cost of the house per annum regardless if tenanted or not.
